A relaxing and spacious annexe room set in a rural location with views across open fields towards the Malvern Hills. Set in a peaceful area, this annexe room offers the feeling of being in the countryside whilst also having excellent access to the motorway network making us a perfect choice for both business & leisure users. A double room with adjacent (pull out single bed also available upon request) sofa area, TV and en suite shower facility. We also accept well behaved dogs by prior agreement

This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

Haybridge Cottage,dog friendly annex in Shropshire

Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.

Characterful annex in idyllic surroundings

Situated in a rural part of Solihull lies the small but idyllic village of Barston. 10 minute drive to both Solihull Town Centre & NEC/Birmingham Airport & Birmingham International train station. Numerous walking routes, National Trust & historic points of interest in close proximity. The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot. Fully renovated April 2023.

Aida is a self-contained suite within the owner’s family home. Sleeps 2 (+2 children*) It has its own entrance, lounge (with sofa-bed) bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub available. Tea/coffee included. Barston, listed by The Telegraph as one of the poshest villages in the UK, enjoys a rural location yet 10 mins away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The village has 2 excellent gastro pubs and many nearby eateries, including a Michelin star restaurant. Airport parking/transfers available.

Beautiful, peaceful apartment with stunning views over the Cotswold hills. Part of a secluded barn complex, surrounded by a working farm. Convenient for trips to Broadway and all the famous Cotswold villages, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham & Evesham. The apartment has 3 rooms, and a private entrance. Living/dining space with sofa, TV (with smart apps), Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Bedroom with king bed and Bathroom with over-bath shower. Plenty of parking.

Lodge Walk

Lodge Walk is a Cotswold stone and timber clad building with character features recently styled by a highly regarded local interior designer. A private seated garden area and reserved off road parking are other property features. You will have immediate access to a foot / cycle path that winds down through woodland to the idyllic Cotswold village of Blockley. Within a few miles from Lodge Walk you will find the picturesque Cotswold towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature and tranquillity, Ideally located to explore all the attractions that the Forest and Wye valley have to offer. Wether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
