Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. View the family of kangaroos. Light up the fire pit and BBQ and relax. Base price for 4 guests. Extra guests $20 per night per person which is calculated on input of numbers of guests.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne’s Cottage

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

Jenny's Beachfront Apartment

Jenny's Beachside Apartment is a tastefully furnished two bedroom unit located just 25 metres from the water's edge at stunning Korora Bay. Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by. This beachside apartment has two lovely bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and in bedroom 2 a single bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner upstairs.

Unique Boutique Farmstay 15mins from Bellingen

Bellingen Cottage is set on the rolling green hills of Hayberry Farm, 15 minutes from Bellingen town centre. The cottage is private with a separate driveway and lots of space for kids and pets. Spicketts Creek winds through the property where you can paddle, fish and relax. Included is the use of a sparkling in-ground pool right near the accommodation. Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
