This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. Sawtell is perfect for families with the beach and Boambee reserve providing hours of entertainment.

Koompartoo Retreat is an adults-only boutique retreat set amongst tropical rainforest on the edge of Bellingen town.
