Sunnyside sits right in the heart of Appledore, on a quiet cobbled street just five minutes’ walk from the quayside, pubs, shops, galleries, cafés and the village bakery. It’s close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. The house is a Victorian villa arranged over three floors: most of the elegant bedrooms have stunning views across the estuary. Outside there's an enclosed, lawned garden, a patio for al fresco dining and a deck overlooking the estuary and Instow.

Set in the idyllic Devon countryside, Mambury House is an extremely spacious property ideally suited to large family gatherings and groups of friends wanting a base to explore this beautiful local area. The property can sleep up to 24 people. There is a large picturesque garden with sunloungers and a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dinners in the summer with friends and family. There are many nearby attractions and scenery to explore in this beautiful part of the world.

Villa Wishing Well

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Mobility friendly villa with gorgeous sea views!

They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda. (please note there is an additional fee for pets).

Cosy 2 bedroom villa with sea views

Backing onto the Kipling Tors with superb views of Bideford Bay, these cosy villas have full central heating throughout. They have an open plan kitchen, dining and a living space. The villas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and comprise of one double and one twin bedroom. They all boast private sheltered verandas with sea views, perfect to enjoy an early breakfast or a late drink watching the sun set over the bay. (Please note there is an additional fee for pets).

Holdstone Cottage

Holdstone Cottage is pretty, charming, and very comfortable for a small family or two couples. It is a detached stone cottage that sits on a wonderful small resort within a glorious extensive estate and with access to brilliant communal facilities and activities. Holdstone Cottage faces a triangular courtyard with two of the other resort cottages close to the swimming pool building. It comes with a small private garden perfect for alfresco dining and star gazing.

Broadsands Farmhouse

Brimming with charm and character, Broadsands Farmhouse is a beautifully restored holiday home full of ancient beams, cosy log fires and historic features, including a listed staircase believed to date back to the sixteenth century. Once the original farmhouse on this magnificent North Devon estate, the property now offers three elegant bedrooms sleeping six guests, alongside a private south-facing garden, terrace and hot tub with spectacular valley views.

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. There are two cosy reception rooms to sit back and enjoy Sky TV. There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
