The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Ascot Annexe

A self-contained, 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 1 bathroom Annexe, next to our main house, in an idyllic hamlet in Ascot. The property has its own private entrance. The space is self-catering with a kitchen and has a dining space to seat 3 comfortably, along with a sofa and a smart TV Netflix included. 5 minute drive to Legoland 7 minute drive to Ascot Station 4 minute drive to Ascot Racecourse 10 minute drive to Windsor Castle 15 minutes to Bray and Longcross Studios. 25 minutes to Pinewood Studios

There is a new addition which is a King size bed with Hypnos mattress that will guarantee you a good night sleep. Perfect to relax after a busy day.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
