Spacious, peaceful setting in quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard. Pet friendly. King bed, 2 queen beds, and sofa bed. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs.) Fully stocked kitchen with quality pans. Fast WiFi. Outside deck with grill. Fire pit. A warm and cozy space located in the heart of downtown Lake Odessa, MI., steps away from quaint shops, restaurants, the village park and beach. The Apartment on Fourth features a living room with exposed brick walls, antique oak fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfortable seating. The full sized kitchen has an island with seating for four, and everything you need to prepare all of your meals. A cozy bedroom features exposed brick walls, TV, and a luxurious queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Kitchen and living area are bordered by windows offering panoramic views of the lake and opposing park. 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a large bedroom on the first floor with an en suite and office area. Easy self check-in.

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

On the brick road, this quaint downtown apartment is full of charm. 600 ft of renovated space will accommodate 4 for short term rentals or 2 for rentals of more than 1 week. Conveniently located to help you enjoy hiking at Ionia State Park, kayaking on the Grand River, biking on the Fred Meijer Rail Trail. Centrally located for antique shopping in Ionia, Lowell, Lake Odessa and Portland. You might also enjoy a walking tour of beautiful, historic Ionia.

Room for over a dozen dinner guests makes this an ideal spot for both entertaining and relaxing during your stay.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

3 bedroom Lakehouse

This newly remodeled house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and comfortably sleeps six people, with free onsite parking. The Jordan Lakehouse is right across the street from Jordan lake, with dock space available for your boat across the street. The Jordan Lakehouse is a place to relax, enjoy, and spend time with the family. Stay in and play games, or go fishing, and swimming at the public beach; then roast s'mores by the campfire.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.
