Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.
