Amazing dual aspect views across the River Dee onto the Welsh Hills and out to the Irish Sea. Property has been refurbished to a very high standard. We have done our upmost to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing stay. Within walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the coastal walk. Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

West Kirby - a beautiful seaside town. Quirky streets, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and stunning countryside - there’s something for everyone. Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Pipers Ash is a quaint small hamlet surrounded by green belt, set at the highest point of Chester next to the historical millennium beacon. Perfectly situated just two miles from the beautiful historic Chester city centre. Take a short car ride or just half an hours walk. Chester Zoo is just five minutes drive away. There are many lovely country walks and of course some fabulous country pubs. The trendy suburb of Hoole is only 15 minutes walk. Here you will find bars restaurants and shops.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.
