This apartment is attached to our family home in the Peak District National Park. It is self contained with a private entrance, a conservatory and ample parking. It is close to the villages of Hope and Castleton. Great for walking and the outdoors. Also half an hour's drive from the spa town of Buxton and the beautiful town of Bakewell. We are close to a small railway station where the trains run between Sheffield and Manchester. The next train stop West is Edale (start of the Pennine Way).

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. Our comfortable first floor self catering holiday apartment, Cobbles, is to the rear of the Fountain tearooms. Cobbles has a spacious king size double bedroom and a twin room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The village has 2 local pubs, and a tea rooms serving freshly made produce. Also, with the Peak District on your doorstep there are walks and plenty of activities to occupy yourselves with during your stay. Children’s play area and park easily accessible.

Lots of great tourist attractions such as scenic Dovedale are within a short car journey. The property is old and retains many original features adding to its character. The stairs and layout do not suit children under 10 or people with mobility issues. The flat is very spacious and easily sleeps 4 with a separate kitchen diner, lounge and compact bathroom.
