We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We offer unlimited free wifi and TV incl Amazon Prime.

The old coach house is a cosy traditional cottage with modern features. The detached house has king and double size beds, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. There is a central bathroom. Has a large open kitchen and dining room, with a spacious living room, a wood burner for cosy nights. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Elstar - Self Contained Stable, excellent Location

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Please note we have 2 dogs at the property. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre.
