Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Upstairs is accessed by a spiral staircase. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. Relax and sunbathe, swim, paddleboard or kayak the Summer days away.

Guided hunting, fishing, and canoeing available, ponds and rivers. Canoes maybe available. X skiing and snowshoeing Trail from camp to ITS snowmobile trail 1/2 mile. Bed linen/light blanket provided. Towels not provided

Sunrise Cabin

Small cabin offering a peaceful surrounding area. Access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Located between south and north entrances to Baxter State Park. Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument is nearby. The cabin is new and landscaping is still a work in progress.
