Thornbeck Cottage is a traditional 2 bedroom slate cottage in the heart of Windermere. It is perfectly located between the villages of Bowness on Windermere and Windermere, a short ten minute stroll either way to all of the local amenities and the lake. Nearest pub 5 minutes walk, various bars restaurants shops within ten minute walk. Train station in Windermere 15 minute walk. There is a front and rear garden which has a patio and stream. The Dales way and other walks are within ten minutes.

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.
