In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Juniper Hill A-frame is a newly renovated 1968 Adirondack A-frame that is loaded with character and charm. This tiny 700 square foot space is cozy and located with direct views of Whiteface Mountain. Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.
