Hardwood and tile floors in living areas, carpeting in bedrooms. Living room does have a TV with cable and access to Netflix. On property is also a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch and a store.

Cozy studio apartment situated overlooking the Ausable River, within walking distance of downtown Au Sable Forks, and a short drive to hiking, biking, fly fishing and everything the Adirondacks has to offer. Recently we renovated the deck area and installed a new queen sized bed upstairs.
