No cell reception given you the option to be off grid or connect to the WiFi for the WiFi calling.

The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

Take a stroll through the garden and orchard then have dinner under the grape arbor. A private beach on the Trinity river is a short walk from the cabin where you can swim, fish, and enjoy the sun. There is RV parking and a 220V hookup in the driveway additional guests.
