The Valley Wine Cottage - Walk to Tasting Rooms

A cozy cottage in the heart of wine country. Walk to restaurants and tasting rooms and then relax on your own front porch or private back deck. The cottage has two bedrooms, both with Christopher Knight (tm) queen-sized beds for a great night's sleep and you can rent it as a one or two bedroom. Although we're walkable to many attractions, our street is tranquil and you'll enjoy sitting in a porch rocker with a glass of wine (in our varietal-correct Riedel glasses), or relaxing in the hammock.

1 or 2 guests (sorry no children, infants or pets) will enjoy your stay in our charming, comfortable cottage located on our 65 acre farm in the scenic Willamette Valley. Enjoy amazing sunsets from a full size deck overlooking fertile farmland. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for a gourmet meal. There are more than 50+ wineries within 10 miles. In addition, breweries, restaurants and shopping located within 30 minutes. Our Cottage awaits you for a special lodging experience.

This retreat is designed exclusively to help you decompress. Every season brings its own kind of magic. you will have your very own Hot tub & outdoor cedar shower. Stroll down to the river, or enjoy a serene bike ride across the river on one of Oregon’s three historic ferries. Enjoy nearby vineyards, or simply relax in the beauty that surrounds you. Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. *Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property*

A stretch more to Proxy, Sahalie & Koosah waterfalls, Blue Pool, or Hoodoo Ski Area. Trails, mountain biking, golf, snow shoes, skiing, rafting, fishing - adventure awaits!

The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, smart TV, high speed WIFI, a spacious primary bedroom and bathroom, & a private creekside patio. A rollaway twin bed is also provided. This charming & contemporary cottage is fully equipped to meet your daily needs and makes the perfect Silverton retreat.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

The Nest

This quaint cottage provides a cozy stay with all the creature comforts. Wake up to the sound of birds while you relax with your morning coffee or tea on the covered porch or snuggle up with a good book by the fire. Come enjoy the beauty of the country! Guest check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Non-smoking We do not allow large gatherings.

The guest house is a private retreat where you can relax and take advantage of the special features of the property, including Willamette River frontage, Hot Tub, on-site driving range, fantastic birdwatching and stargazing! You can even charge your EV (Level 2 - J1772 and NACS plugs available - any additional charges may be billed through the Airbnb app)!
