Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Welcome to this lovingly restored 1860s Vermont farmhouse, where historic charm meets modern comfort. With 2 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 spacious bathrooms and plenty of inviting common spaces, there's room for everyone to relax and reconnect. Explore the 280-acre Mile Around Woods right outside your front door, stroll to the nearby village, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, or sit back in the Adirondack chairs and soak up the peaceful atmosphere. This is the perfect place to rejuvenate & renew!

The Farm cottage

Take a break and unwind at this little peaceful oasis. A little bit of the country is right beside you with the neighing of horses and the clucking of chickens who roam our property. We are close to Bennington College and great restaurants and Robert Frost house. We are 35 minutes from Manchester that has some great restaurants and shopping. Bromley ski resort is just beyond Manchester in Peru Vermont . It is a year around resort with water slides in summer and skiing in winter .

Saratoga Springs is a beautiful horse racing town rich in history nestled on the edge of the Adirondack State park. Easy access from NYC and Boston. Saratoga claims “more restaurants per resident than NYC” This New Modern Apartment has all the amenities.... including rooftop and feee access to Victorian pool (ask about getting reimbursed)z Whether you are in town for a romantic getaway or to enjoy the Race track season. Minutes away from the race track, downtown and great cuisine.

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . The Smithy Cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm

The historic “Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s. Complete with brand-new, architect-designed kitchen and bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and stone patio for outdoor grilling and dining, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.
