Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Just a 5-minute stroll into the thriving village of Tideswell, home to 'the Cathedral of the Peak', with traditional pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops.

West View Cottage - a perfect, cosy base

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

Folly, Wormhill, Buxton, Peak District, Derbyshire

The Folly is a sympathetically converted one bedroomed barn, attached to the main farmhouse. It has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 2. It is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Peak District, with walks and rides from the doorstep. We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
