This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Whangamata Beach Bach – 4BR, Walk to Beach & Town

Relax at this freshly renovated and spacious 4-bedroom beach house on Hetherington Road. It’s an easy 5-minute stroll to the beach and wharf, and only a few minutes to cafés, bars and shops in town. The house sleeps eight comfortably. It has everything you need, including AC, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a fenced backyard with outdoor kitchen and dining. Heatpumps in the master bedroom and the lounge allow for a comfortable stay summer or winter. Relax inside or out on the expansive deck. Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.
