This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Hot Water Beach Coromandel ,Magnificient sea views

Two bedroom typical kiwi Bach with 180 degree sea views. Located just 100 metres from the famous hot water beach. Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.

Just a short stroll across Island View Park to the beach with the Estuary and Estuary Store and Takeaway a few minutes' walk also. Light and bright and well maintained, the perfect spot to unwind. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a Double bunk bed and a Single bed. The lounge has a Super King fold out couch also. Plenty of room for all!

Relax with extensive views out toward the harbour and Coromandel ranges from the open plan living and kitchen. A great place for a wine or tea watching the sunset. We have luxury bedding and finishings throughout, plenty of space for two families, central air con in all rooms, and the practical elements of a home that we use ourselves.
