Kleine Kunstremise mit Holzofen Burg Freienfels

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

In der Nähe findest Du tolle Wanderrouten, Stauseen, Europas größter erloschener Vulkan und sogar ein Schwimmbad in der Nähe zu Fuß. Ein Thermalbad mit Salzgrotte ist in 13 Km Entfernung (Bad Salzhausen).

Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.

Genieße lange Sommertage im Garten auf der großen Sonnenterrasse - inmitten von Grün und einem großen Lavendelfeld. Dieses zieht im Sommer Scharen von Schmetterlingen und Hummeln an. Mache es dir in der kalten Jahreszeit vor dem Kaminofen, in der nagelneuen Infrarot-Sauna oder am Lagerfeuer gemütlich.

Holiday flat in the peaceful Taunus countryside.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!).
