A newly updated kitchen and interior provide a relaxing place to rest between adventures. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with a bunk bed (twin over a full with a twin trundle) that can sleep 4 people. The backyard abuts farmland and has a firepit, outdoor shower, and observation deck on the roof for ocean views.

Beachfront Getaway!

This is a unique stay. Located 100 feet from the beach. Surrounded by a bird sanctuary, multiple beaches, bike paths, and restaurants. Provisions and other fun activities just an 8 minute drive away. Enjoy the summer at your secluded beach oasis and experience waking up to the sound of the waves outside your window. The cottage has all the modern comforts including AC and heat. We have plenty of water, but ask that you please conserve as much as possible for showers and dishwashing.

The studio apartment is private and accessed by a farm lane that will take you past our apiary, orchard and wildflower gardens. Located above our honey room, this generous studio enjoys exceptional views. Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.

Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill.
