'The Stones' Farm Accommodation near Kai Iwi Beach

Self contained one-bedroom unit near beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. Located on a lifestyle block in a peaceful setting with views to the ocean. The unit has its own entrance but is attached to our garage. There is a lovely front porch ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with a sofa bed available in lounge if required. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and is equipped with crockery and cutlery. Free wifi, Netflix, Freeview.

The Beach House - stunning sea views and sunsets

Kick back and relax at our stunning beach house. Amazing views of our west coast beach and plenty of space to chill out. Close to park and beach. 15 minutes from town. Set up for fishing and for kids. Please note we have amazing views of Kai Iwi beach and it is a short walk down the hill to the beach. Under kiwi beach tradition we ask that you leave the beach house as you found it and follow our house rules and Covid procedures. Linen is available for $10 per person to a maximum of $50. Thanks

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

Cozy guest residence

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located space, with access to the beautiful Virginia Lake , quaint little guest residence with queen bed & ensuite. Facilities to make tea and coffee, with microwave / toaster and mini fridge and Smart TV in second room. Guest house is located next to the main dwelling, linked by beautiful decking. We have sectioned a part of the deck off for our guests to enjoy while they are here. Our house / guesthouse is situated well back from the road.

The Crib

Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. There is heaps of parking for trailers etc. Wake up and listen to the bird song - we hope you will love this place as much as we do!

The Red Barn provides a rural retreat, a quick 7-minute drive to vibrant Whanganui city. Local café and brewery down the road and close to the Windermere Berry Farm. A self-contained cottage set privately in the grounds of our property offering options for whatever break away you are looking for. Sit and relax outside in the sun, or stoke up the fire and chill out, or grab your bike and explore the country roads. Dedicated EV charger, type 2. Secure storage for bikes.

Bella's Rest Guesthouse

Tastefully decorated comfortable 1 bedroom fully self-contained guesthouse separate from the family home. Tuparipari Riverbank Retreat is perched on the banks of the Whanganui River amongst native trees and in a loved bird garden adorned with garden art. This retro studio apartment is complete with an en suite, kitchenette & private entrance. Your alternative entrance is via spiral stairway leads up to your laundry and a second toilet. This is a great retreat for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers. The wifi is very fast (Gigabyte speed) and is unlimited.

Situated across the road from the beautiful river walkway, you'll enjoy walking to the Saturday morning market, the iconic Waimarie paddle steamer, popular Yellow House cafe, Kowhai Park playground, shops and much much more. Freshly refurbished throughout, one bedroom has a queen bed and freeview TV. The other has 2 single beds . There is also a bed/settee in the lounge. Sunny and centrally located with a small yard. Ideal location close to "everything"

A beautifully presented TWO bedroom apartment in central Whanganui, close to shops and restaurants. Situated in the iconic Old Central Fire Station building that's been recently renovated adding another bedroom and other changes include the double glazed windows.
