Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

A full size bed with quality linens and a (removable upon request) 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. This gorgeous newly remodeled 2 bedroom [NOTE:2 king size beds and 2 rollaway beds(available upon request)] and 2 bath. Unwind and relax. Hang out in the spacious backyard. Note: $500 extra cleaning fee if smoking or pet hair detected. Due to allergies, we are unfortunately unable to host any animals. Due to CoVid-19 safety - hot tub is not available.
