I’m sure many of you will be in need of a break away so …. if you are seeking a quiet and private space for your visit to beautiful Mount Maunganui then the recently renovated Beachside Retreat offers just that and more. The studio is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. Safe and secure, the studio is bathed in morning and late afternoon sun so is cosy and warm. Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. Enhanced cleaning and sanitising between guests as per Air BnB guidelines. Parking available on site. We (Shirley & Jim) live upstairs with our small dog Louie. We are around if you need a hand, would like some breakfast, dinner or tourist tips. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/20 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach. Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.

The Beach House is a perfect location for a weekend retreat. Gorgeous separate studio unit with kitchenette, ensuite and spacious living. Off street parking and an outdoor area to relax. A short stroll to Marine Parade beach and the popular Tay Street cafe. Only 2kms to Mount Maunganui township with boutique shopping, bars & restaurants. If exercise is your thing, enjoy a stroll around the Mount (Mauao) or for spectacular views, there are several tracks to the top to suit any fitness level.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Orkney Oasis, Mt Maunganui

One bedroom guest suite is attached to the garage with separate entrance, garden views and parking alongside to right of driveway. The super king bed can be split into 2 singles if requested on booking. Guest accommodation has a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities only (no kitchen), internet tv and free wifi is available. Minutes walking distance to beach , supermarket, cafes, and Blake Park . Base of Mt is 3.7 kms away. The host’s home is on the property with separate entry

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. Gorgeous private studio - Pukehina

Take it easy at this private and tranquil getaway with farm views and a quick walk across the road to the beach. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.

Oak Grove - Fantastic central avenue location.

Located in a quiet leafy cul de sac in the central avenues, this suite is on the ground floor of a family home.
