Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

Our well-appointed Studio offers natural light and provides a stylish, open-plan space to unwind and relax. King size bed and controlled heating/air conditioning, desk, LCD TV and high-speed WiFi internet. Our kitchenette offers a cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave and full size fridge while our ensuite bathroom has washing machine and dryer. Guest can also access our fitness room. Housekeeping service offered: 1–6 nights: Daily service 7–27 nights: Twice a week 28+ nights: Once a week

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
