Boutique accommodation in Downton Abbey village

The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Annex to an Edwardian terrace house in an enclosed courtyard garden. Private entrance via the courtyard. The utility room is accessible from the courtyard. It contains; microwave, fridge, sink, kettle & toaster. Faringdon is a unique & fun historic market town. The market square is just 5 minutes walk away, with a range of pubs, cafes and eateries, free overnight parking from 6pm in the Gloucester Street car park. Ideal for sightseeing & visiting the Cotswolds & Oxfordshire & country walks.

I bedroom Annex in Eastleach Cotswolds

We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn a 3 min walk away. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

Cosy4Two. Bijou self-contained Cotswold annexe

A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults /+1 baby under 1 year OR one fur-baby. No toddlers or older children. Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. Any additional unexpected cleaning or damage will be charged. Please ensure you cover the furniture. Thank you

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

The Studio at Sandys House

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The apartment is close to the Cotswold Farm Park, located in the grounds of a 48 acre livery business, the apartment has fantastic views across the lawns, to the horses in the paddocks and beyond. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is decorated to give it a Cotswold farmhouse feel, it has it's own entrance, with off street parking.

Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.
