Sip your morning coffee on the sunny front deck or lounge on the spacious sectional sofa of this Cozy Industrial Cottage. The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. If you have a larger party, rent both Unit B and C. The units share a large deck for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.

This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!
