There are steps leading down to private entrance. Short walk to Hessle train station and town centre with restaurants and cafes. Country park and river walks.

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

Small B&B in large Victorian house, in a quiet hidden area in the Centre of Lincoln. Each room has an ensuite shower room. We are 3-4 mins walk from Cathedral, Castle, Bailgate and main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. The Brayford waterfront, and Lincoln University is also less than 5 mins walk away from our location. There's plenty to see and do whilst staying with us. The Collection museum, Usher Art Gallery and Lincoln Archives are all with 5-10 minutes walking from us.

Come for a week if you are on a course or enjoy walking in Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest or the nearby Derbyshire Dales.

The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog.

( Breakfast is not included in the quoted price)is positioned on the edge of the village of Binbrook with views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is self-contained with its own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom, a private snug/ dining area and a patio area with garden. There is off road parking next to the accommodation on the gated driveway.

Friar tuck cosy single room in Robin Hood country

A basic, budget option of a single room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood pines mountain bike trail are less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.

Ploughmans Cottage

Our newly refurbished self-catering holiday cottage has all the creature comforts to make your stay home from home. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine. The Cottage has full gas central heating and is available for short breaks or weekly bookings.

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.
