Welcome to Obera Sunsets! We have sought to equip our newly renovated condo to a high standard, in anticipation of your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed while on vacation, whether it be enjoying a glass of wine, watching the stunning sunset from your private balcony, or having a coffee during your morning walk on the beach. Obera Sunsets is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind, while still being centrally located to all amenities. Minimum age of 25 required.

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. Boaters will enjoy docking at one of the free two 30’ floating docks with water & 110, Ocean Reef Jetty access to the ocean and the beach close by. Your comfortable green cottage has fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed and sleeper couch to accommodate up to 3 persons ,TV, WiFi and air conditioning. We are located just 5 minutes by car to restaurants in the Port Lucaya Market Place & grocery shopping. Come & enjoy that special time right here.

Must be the entire stay. No fee to dock just to use water and or electricity. 17 ft Boston Whaler available for rent. Must have boater license. $250 a day
