Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville shops (5 mins drive) - Indian, Thai, fish n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land.
