Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Dartmoor Den perfect location for Moor exploring

Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Riverside cottage

The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

The Chapel - An Original Private Dartmoor Retreat

The Chapel at The Oratory has been completely refurbished to enhance its heritage - original features! We are close to local pubs offering delicious lunch/dinner, and the Fox Tor Cafe which cannot be beaten for it's breakfasts. You’ll love The Chapel because of it's privacy and space, and because it's situated in of some of the most beautiful, atmospheric and dramatic landscapes. It equally suits couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Highly modern, recently renovated 3 bedroom semi detached house in Crownhill. Open-plan kitchen/dining space, perfect for social occasions. Large front room with 'L' shape sofa and fireplace. 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds with a reasonably sized, fully equipped family bathroom. A smaller 3rd bedroom with a double bed and Sofa bed downstairs creates a spacious double 4th bed. ***Please note - New 6-8 seater Jacuzzi is an additional service. Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Dartmoor Farmhouse with Moorland Views

Unwind at this Devonshire farmhouse, surrounded by the moors. Take an early morning stroll, then head back for a morning coffee to enjoy the elevated views of Dartmoor. Although secluded with a feeling of remoteness, the picturesque village of Widecombe, with its well-known pub is only a five-minute drive away . The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.
