Self-contained Loft studio in rural location

Ideal for cycling! The Loft is in a converted stable within has a total space of (290)sq ft. which contains a double bed, chest of drawers, easy chair, hanging and storage space, a dining table and 2 chairs, panel radiator and is carpeted throughout. The well-equipped kitchenette has an electric cooker and oven, microwave and fridge and we offer Continental breakfast and a Welcome Pack. The en suite bathroom contains a walk in shower, pedestal wash hand basin and lavatory and heated towel rail.

The Master bedroom boasts a beautiful four-poster bed, while the second bedroom offers a small double. A full kitchen and dining area with private outdoor seating.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
