Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Take it easy and relax at this peaceful 1 bedroom cottage. With views over the fields you can watch the horses graze and spot a wild dear while sitting in the sun reading your book. Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
