Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Old Music Studio - retreat with tennis court

A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Stables in Historic Berkhamsted

Welcome to one of the most historic parts of Berkhamsted - the hilltop site of Old Berkhamsted Place, and the original Grade 2* listed barn which remains, reputedly, the largest medieval barn in the counties of Beds, Bucks & Herts. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.
