An interior cottage with front and back decks with outside deck seating. The unit is 250 feet from the sand at Crescent Beach. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed and bedroom # 2 has two twin beds. This unit comes with a complete kitchenette with a stovetop oven, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils included. Wifi and Cable are in each unit. Air conditioned in summer months.

There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Seaside Escape

Relax by the ocean at this charming cottage unit located mere steps away from beautiful Crescent Beach! Swim in the ocean and then walk to & relax in your seaside, ocean view hideaway after! This one bedroom unit is located just steps from the beach, sleeps 4, and is available from May through mid October. This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
