Take it easy at this unique rustic log cabin getaway. Perfectly positioned on approx. 200 acres of bush with spectacular views of Lake Glenmaggie and surrounding countryside. This cabin has everything you need to relax and have a perfect getaway. Lake Glenmaggie is approx. 1.5 Km with jet skiing, boating, swimming or fishing. Alternatively explore the surrounding bush land with hiking, mountain bike riding, motorbikes or horse riding. Coongulla is a ideally located in East Gippsland.

The Hut is located a short drive from Swifts Creek on the Great Alpine Road, alongside the beautiful Tambo River. It is an authentic property restored in 2020 on Woodlands farm. The cattle farm itself spans 1,800 acres across the Tambo Valley. Our unique and remote location means that it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. We are located an hour from Dinner Plain & Mount Hotham as well as a stone’s throw from the Tambo River, Mitta Mitta and Cobungra Rivers.

Our cabin, 'AMAC PLAINS', is a warm and friendly space, the perfect place to relax and unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. Our cabin is off-grid solar, making it an eco-friendly retreat where you can experience nature at its very best. Nestled at the foothills of the great dividing range, with a magnificent outlook, the cabin is located on our 100 acre property, with plenty of bushland to explore on-site and loads of activities nearby to keep everyone entertained.

Parkvale-Family & pet friendly log cabins

These cabins are located in bushland on a large property. The cabins are each self contained and are sufficiently separated from each other to allow guests their own freedom. Great for family getaways or a quiet couples retreat. Most guests use our cabins as a base to explore the many attractions that East Gippsland and the Gippsland Lakes region have to offer, and some choose to just sit and enjoy the tranquility of the bush with a cup of tea or nice wine and a book.
