Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
