Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Lipi Double Bedroom is part of the main builduing called Deep Blue Colonial Villa. It has indipendent entrance from the garden and is located in front of the pool. It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.

We are close to the main road and you can enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants but also we’re only a short walk from the beautiful Mirissa beach. We’ll be happy to help our guests with anything they need (like getting transportation, booking tours and finding the best places to eat and visit).

The second of two bedrooms located in the guest wing of the main house, Garden Room is a spacious King bedroom with French doors leading out to a private verandah looking onto the forested garden.
