Only 10 minutes from I40, it won’t take long to get to the trails in Pisgah National Forest (South) or the front door of the Biltmore Estate (both fully reopened).

Drive 10 minutes to beautiful Maggie Valley or 35 minutes to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate!

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Take a step back in time in our charming, Historic Estate's Guest Cottage. The cottage is approx 500 SF, 100 + years old, w/ a rustic charm & peaceful surroundings. FREE PARKING & FREE WASH AND FOLD LAUNDRY SERVICE. We are in close proximity to major attractions like The Biltmore House & Downtown Asheville. Extremely comfortable queen bed, fully-equipped KITCHENETTE, closet space. Good for couples, girls trips, solo & business travelers!

At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
