The Hillandale Farmhouse 4 BR/3 BA Extended Stay

The Hillandale Farmhouse — single-level, ramp entry, room to breathe on a working Kentucky farm. Built for comfort, ease, and real living, this spacious home offers wide doorways and an accessible primary suite with a low-curb shower. The layout gives families and groups room to spread out, backed by a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer near the main entrance, and ample truck and trailer parking for work crews, hunters, and longer stays. Any pets must be noted in the reservation.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm. Pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee per animal.

The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there!
