Cozy cottage is close to skiing, downtown Boone, and Blowing Rock. You'll love the quiet neighborhood and mountain charm. You will have the entire basement (minus pottery studio) to yourself. A Keurig and French press are available for use and coffee, creamer and light breakfast items are provided. Listing price includes 2 people. A third may be added for $20/night. 3 people is the max. This is not a pet friendly property, and exceptions will not be made. Children under 12 are NOT allowed.

Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. WE HAVE RECENTLY MADE SOME POSITIVE UPGRADES NOT REFLECTED IN PHOTOS OR DESCRIPTION.

We do not have a television in our home, so you can feel free to delight in the beauty and seclusion of our wooded location. However, WiFi is included should you need to stay connected to the rest of the world!!

BUT there is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, coffee pot, large toaster icen/air fryer and microwave in your unit.
