The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Welcome to Loxley Cottage, a space perfect for a little country retreat. Only a short walk from Nottinghams famous Sherwood forest, you can emerse yourself in nature. Once you have explored, you can snuggle down infront of the fire in the cooler months or continue to enjoy the peace and quiet out in the garden in the warm evenings. A uncluttered king-size Bedroom with reading lamps with charging ports on either side, leaves the second room as a dressing room, allocated work space and hairdryer

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

New Lodge Cabin

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

Wrangler’s Den has been inspired by owners Charlie and Caroline after many years living in the Rocky Mountains.
