The Tower

Once you have explored, you can snuggle down infront of the fire in the cooler months or continue to enjoy the peace and quiet out in the garden in the warm evenings. Full use of my lovely modern home, with 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 single), en-suite and newly refurbished family bathrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and garden. It is a lived in house; therefore, it is like staying at a friend's whilst they are on holiday. It is not a luxury lodge. It's within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity.

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines.

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.
