Our home overlooks a peaceful green valley snuggled high in the mountains between Cleveland National Forest and BLM Wilderness. With beautiful views on all sides, our unique location affords perfect privacy, space to roam, and easy access to great hiking, and the North Mountain Wine Trail. With full kitchen, electric heat, A/C, and internet our 2 bedroom 2 bath home guarantees comfort & serenity all year round.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (bedroom 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5, packnplay upon request. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, we charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Mid-Century Modern A-Frame Secluded with Hot Tub

Secluded mid-century modern A-Frame cabin located in the Pine Hills community of historic Julian, CA. Built in 1969, the cabin completed a 2.5 year renovation in 2023 to meet modern tastes and amenities but keeps the original 60's groovy vibe. This unique family retreat offers a 900 sq ft deck, hot tub, firepits, and stunning views. Julian, a 1.5 hours drive east from San Diego, is a small town with big activities: hiking, biking, fishing, winery/breweries, winter sledding, apple pie eating.

This spacious totally secluded western themed cabin has everything you need for a home away from home surrounded by nature. During the day you have beautiful views of oaks, meadows and mountains, and at night, enjoy star gazing in the hot tub in this rare dark sky region of San Diego. Sleeps 4. This site also serves a a retreat hub and glamping tents can be added for up to 12 people. It can include the Spartan which makes a great catering base and extra accommodation. See pictures below.
