The cottage is surrounded by rimu trees, native bush and ferns. It is well away from the main house and has its own driveway, so you have total privacy. The large deck is perfect for BBQ’s and the outdoor area provides lots of space for kids to play. Matakana Village and Market are a flat 1km walk away. Private stand alone unit on our lifestyle property, seperate from house. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. Linen and towels are provided.

With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Fishmeister Lodge

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. Features include spa pool, fireplace, indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.
