The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. A Bright and sunny home with two bedrooms, a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining room to enjoy family fun. This home is perfectly located in Plymouth where tourism options are endless, ten minutes away from Plymouth beach, downtown Plymouth and the waterfront area or explore the south side of Plymouth fifteen minutes away from manomet beaches pine hills golf course and others. Cape Cod beaches approx half hour away.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
