Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
