This self-contained space offers a peaceful retreat just 2.3km from town (approximately a 25min walk or 5min drive). The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in a quiet area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills.
