Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

These are timeshare units that are part of the Holiday Inn Vacation Club and are not part of the Grand Geneva hotel although they are around a 100 yards away and walking distance or short tram ride from the hotel. Prices do not include resort fee of $36 for 1br or $72 for 2 br.
