Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Built in year 1832, formally the Frost High School and Waltham's Town Hall. This urban townhouse has lots of exposed detail and original plank hardwood floors. The first floor has a modern kitchen, open layout, a large bedroom with cathedral ceilings and a king size bed, also the first floor bath features a 4-ft wide shower. The second floor you’ll find a large bedroom with a queen bed. Parallel to that, the suite, comes with a king size power adjustable bed, laundry room and master bathroom.

Priced for solo travelers but perfect for 2! Cozy studio, private entrance. Fully furnished w/queen sized bed (memory foam mattress), dresser, a/c, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower stall, closet, high speed Wi-Fi, kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, griddle, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, and rice cooker. On-street parking throughout the year on our quiet one-way street, driveway in the winter. Please note that the ceilings are 7 ft tall and shorter in some areas. Cameras outside.

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.
