Panoramic seaside beach house

We`ve been renting the beach house out since 2012 - Up till now our guest have almost 100% been regulars - we havent really advertised. You`ll have panoramic sea views, and access via steps down to the quiet beach. The beach house is clean, comfortable and cosy in Winter, cool in Summer. There are two double bedrooms and a sun room Kitchen filled with crockery and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher. You might see a spider, there may be a water stain - its not pristine but you`ll fall in love

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Ideally situated by the Norfolk Broads, with fantastic views over fields. Short off road walk to The Lighthouse Pub, local shop, ice cream parlour and fish and chip shop. Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
